At Parleno, we want you to love your pieces. If the sizing isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange.
Size Exchanges
- We allow exchanges for size changes within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
- Refunds are only provided for faulty or incorrect items.
- If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

- Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, stains, or odor will not be accepted.
