At Parlé, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping terms below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or drops, processing times may be extended. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Australia (Domestic):
- Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by location:
- Standard International: 7–14 business days
- Express International: 3–7 business days
Rates are calculated at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customs or import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, post-delivery duties and taxes may need to be paid depending on your location and the value of your order. These charges are not covered by Parlé and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
Shipping Delays
Parlé is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, global disruptions). We appreciate your patience during such times.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Parlé is not liable for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered complete. Parlé is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation.
