Refund policy

At Parlé, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases made online or in-store. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or colour selected

  • Shipping delays by carriers

  • General wear and tear after use

All items are quality-checked before dispatch. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only offer exchanges or store credit in the event that:

  • You receive a faulty or damaged item

  • You receive the wrong item due to our error

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original packaging with all tags attached

Exchanges depend on product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit instead.

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at psts@parleparle.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear explanation of the issue

  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

We will respond within 2–3 business days.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was received.
